I have had the pleasure of working with Ashley Jackson on two very large critical projects for the City of Peterborough and Peterborough Utilities Group.  I can confidently say she is a top-notch project manager.  She is genuinely skilled at organizing tasks and people, but she is far more than that.  She is a true driver of outcomes! Ashley doesn’t just track progress; she actively engages to understand the work so she can identify gaps and issues and push the team to ensure they are addressed.  Her leadership style is direct and clear and balanced with empathy.   She readily gains respect from team members, helping foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
